Building
A document-automation system for an immigration and tax agency. An LLM reads passports, green cards and birth certificates into structured records. Every value it produces is stored as evidence that a human can overrule, and nothing is filed to a person automatically. Most of the engineering is in that second part.
Building
WhatsApp ordering agents for shops in Bangladesh. Customers write in Bangla, Banglish or English, typed or as a voice note, and the agent turns it into a structured order. A person approves it before anything is placed.
Shipping
ProductBay and CartBay at WPAnchorBay. Both are free WooCommerce plugins on WordPress.org, and ProductBay also has a Pro edition. The work now is maintenance, support, docs and the next round of Pro features.
Wrapping up
Finishing my Masters in Information Technology at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. Expected in 2026.
Writing
Turning the last year of AI work into write-ups: what it costs to read a document with a model, and why automation may classify but should never file. They go up here first.
This is a now page, so it covers the present, not the highlight reel.
