Custom websites, web applications and APIs, designed and built around the way you work.
Upgrades and optimization for existing websites, plus integrations that connect the tools you already use.
AI that understands your operations, recognizes patterns and makes the everyday decisions a team would.
Built on language and decision models, shaped around your data and rules. Validation and human review come built in, so you can trust what the model hands back.
Repetitive tasks run on their own, so your team's time goes to work that needs people.
Your processes, rules, calculations and business logic turned into steps that run the same way every time, day or night, whether it's ten tasks or ten thousand.
Custom WordPress plugins and themes, built from scratch or adapted from what you have now.
Existing plugins and themes customized or rebuilt into improved versions, plus WooCommerce stores, checkout flows, fixes and speed-ups.
// Process
I settle with you what has to work, what can wait, and how the pieces fit before any code is written.
Small, working steps you can see along the way, in the stack the job needs rather than the one I prefer.
I check it against how your business actually runs, with validation and review built in, until you can trust it without double-checking.
A calm release with a way back, then fixes and changes after it is live, as long as it needs me.

I build digital products for individuals, small and medium businesses, and organisations: custom websites, apps and APIs; AI features that read documents or take orders over WhatsApp; automation that takes repetitive work off your hands; and WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, themes and stores. I also fix, speed up and upgrade sites that already exist.
It takes the repetitive, rule-based work off your people: entering data from documents, answering the same customer questions, chasing orders and follow-ups, moving numbers between tools. That time goes back to work that needs judgement, so you either grow with the team you have or deliver the same output with less time and cost. I start with the one or two tasks that eat the most hours, build the automation or AI step around them, and keep a person reviewing anything uncertain. You judge it by hours saved, orders handled and errors avoided, not by whether it uses AI. If a task is not worth automating, I will say so.
Mostly Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and PHP, with the popular frameworks in each: Django and FastAPI, React, Next.js and Astro, Laravel and WordPress/WooCommerce. For AI work I use language models and decision models for the parts that read, classify and decide. The stack follows the problem: I pick the architecture and system design that solve your core problem, not the tool I happen to like.
Yes, for individuals, small and medium businesses and organisations. That means new builds (websites, apps, APIs, AI features, automation, WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, themes and stores) and work on what you already have: fixes, speed-ups, upgrades and integrations. We start with a short conversation about what has to work and what can wait, then I build in small steps you can see, test against real cases, launch, and stay on for support afterwards.
Yes. Alongside my own engineering I work with a full team of developers, designers, a marketer and testers, so a project is covered from design and build through QA and launch. You still deal with one person, me, who stays accountable for scope, quality and delivery. I size the team to the job: a small fix does not need all of it.
I work remotely with clients anywhere, mostly overlapping European and North American schedules.
WhatsApp me for a quick back-and-forth, or email when you want a written thread to keep and forward to your team: hi@forhadkhan.com. Either way, a line or two on what you want built or fixed, what you use today and any deadline gets you a useful answer faster. I read everything and usually reply within a few hours.
